MORNING WORKOUTS MAY BE MORE EFFECTIVE FOR FAT LOSS, STUDY FINDS

Morning workouts may be more effective for fat loss than evening workouts, according to a new study.

The study found that people who exercised in the morning burned more fat than those who exercised in the evening.

The study also found that people who exercised in the morning had lower levels of insulin, which can help with weight loss.

The study included 30 overweight or obese men who were randomly assigned to either a morning or evening exercise group.
